Welcome to our urbanite retreat, J-ETIQUETTE! We aim to provide up & trendy pieces in our various shopping sprees. Our shopping sprees are held over a period of 1-2weeks and once it ends, we will contact all buyers for details. Please allow 1-2weeks for items to be shipped to Singapore before local delivery to your doorstep.In this shopping haven, expect to find stylish pieces that are brought in from Taiwan, Korea & Japan, some even straight out of pages in magazines! So what are you waiting for?! Put on that shopping gear right in your homes and we hope you have fun! :) Remember, your feedback's invaluable to us.

**Terms and conditions

Ordering:

♥ Drop us an email of your selectd pieces and quantity at etiquette.j@gmail.com. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered.After each shopping spree ends, kindly allow 3-5 working days for a confirmation email to be sent to you.Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.

♥ Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 5days upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
All items are brand-new and colours shown are available at time of publication.
♥ J-etiquette will not be liable should stocks from supplier be delayed.

Shipping:

♥ Within Singapore:
Mail delivery. Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail. Normal mail postage for parcel below 2KG will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50. For parcel more than 2KG, the charges will go by Singpost local courier service rate.

Postage for Normal mail:

1 - 2 items: $1.00 - $1.50

3 - 4 items: $2.50

5 - 11items: $3.50

♥ There will be a flat rate of SGD2.50 for registered mail of 5 items or below. $0.20/pc thereafter.
♥ J-etiquette will not be responsible for any lost item sent via mail.We strongly recommend customers use registered mail.

Payment:

♥ We accept wireless transfer(POSB).All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
♥ Payment has to be made within 3 day after receiving our confirmation email. Otherwise item will be given to the next potential buyer and the buyer will be blacklisted.
**Upon payment, the products will arrive Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.

Refund policy:

A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.

Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
